- Moderate Policy (regular dates): 100% deposit refund with at least 3 hours’ notice, $100 rescheduling fee with less than 72 hours’ notice.
- Strict Policy (sub-peak, peak, and high-peak dates): The deposit is non-refundable, and each rescheduling notice is subject to a $100 fee with less than 7 days notice.
- Super Strict Policy (long-distance moves): The deposit is non-refundable, and each rescheduling notice is subject to a $149 fee with less than 7 days notice.
